    I found these calorie counter on food that can help you guys look younger and thinner. It's also a great guide to those who love to count calories.

    Up to 50 Calories:

    -- 1 tbsp 2% milk - 8 calories
    -- 1 tsp sugar - 16 calories
    -- 1 tsp honey - 21 calories
    -- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese - 22 calories
    -- 1 tbsp reduced-fat sour cream - 26 calories

    Thanks for sharing this mikaela. I can show this to my friend who is fond of counting her calorie intake. It's a great guide to know how much calorie is in our food. Yogurt is also low in calorie and it's good in our body too

    I love eating yogurt because it has lots of good bacteria that makes our body function at its best. Healthy level of good bacteria boosts our immune system and promote digestive health.

    You could also add vegetables that helps fight aging such as spinach, broccolli, tomatoes, carrots and garlic. They are all low in calories too.

    Of course, don't forget to drink plenty of water. Water is hydrates not just the skin but also the muscles and all organs in the body. It's ZERO calories too and it's free. =D
