    I heard about that too and I believe it's true. I eat using small plates and I feel full after I finish my food. I wasn't even tempted to eat desserts anymore.

    Drinking one tall glass of cold water before and after meals will make you feel full and eat less. It works for me =D

    Another great tip: don't drink pop. I'm amazed how many people think pop is harmless.

    As for tips to eating less, I find regular exercise helps with food cravings. After a good workout I feel relaxed and don't indulge.

    Pop? You mean the soda? I agree. Sodas should be on your "foods to be avoided list". It's on mine =D
