Default Healthy Foods That Controls Appetite

Craving for unhealthy and rich in fat foods are really difficult to control especially if you are used to munching even if you're body doesn't need it. This is one of the reasons why most of us gain weight and stopping that craving the natural way is the best thing that we can do. I was not a fan of diet pills ever since. My mom always tells me to eat right and healthy so I don't have to worry about gaining weight. I know many of us are having problems on this and don't know how to start so I did a little research to help you guys.

    Pine Nuts

This contains the highest amount of protein than any other seed. Eating protein rich foods to lose weight relays the message to our hormones that also tell the brain that we are full so having a healthy serving of pine nuts in our daily food consumption is good because they will help supress our appetite as we try to lose weight.

    Oatmeal
We all know that oatmeal is very rich in fiber and eating having them will make us full fast and that feeling also lasts longer so it supresses the appetite. It is also low in glycemic index which slows the entry of sugar into our blood so it's really good in helping us lose weight.

    Bananas
Bananas help us supress our appetite as it is a good source of fiber. It's also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals that helps us lose weight and keep us healthy.

    Whey Protein
They said that if you are in serious need of an appetite suppressant, then there is no better way than having whey protein in your diet. It is a better source of protein compared to the ones that we get from other foods. It's a strong defense against craving so it helps us lose weight.

    Apples
It is an excellent sources of fiber that controls our appetite and great for weight lose. It is low in fat and calories that helps us lose weight. Most of all it contains natural fluids that make us feel fuller and help control our craving.

I hope this helps everyone here on how to eat right. We do not need to punish ourselves and skip meals to lose weight because it will only make us crave for more when we get too hungry. We just need to eat foods that are rich in protein and fiber that make us full longer

I prefer almonds than pine nuts actually. Thanks for giving us more information about these foods. Bananas and apples indeed are good source of fiber but we cannot over eat them too because I have read in a book that too much of bananas can also make us gain weight. Green apples however have caused me many acid reflux troubles before so I try to avoid them as much and just eat red ones

I just learn that tofu is one of the most effective appetite supressing foods. If you eat it as an appetizer, you'll consume less during main meals.
