    You are absolutely right! My only form of exercising is walking. I walk everyday for an hour and a half and it really helps me tone my body and give me more energy than I ever need. I was always too lazy to walk before but I realized that it doesn't just help me lose weight but it also gives me time to clear my mind and release stress

    I am a fan of sports and I play tennis, badminton, and volleyball a lot. It keeps me very active, full of energy, and very much healthy. Engaging in active sports has helped strengthen my immune system ever since I started playing a lot. And it has definitely kept me in my best shape.

    Great tips Alon! Thanks for sharing them with us. Everyone needs to exercise for a fitter and healthier lifestyle. Any exercise routine that suits you and help you burn calories is alright. The key is diet and lifestyle discipline. If you choose to eat right, get well rested, and exercise regularly, you won't have problems with your weight unless it's a condition beyond dieting.

    I think you decrease your belly fats doing Sit and Up exercise because its great exercise to fast reduce fats.
