    Yes it is tough and sometimes I get tired dieting and just want to indulge on sweet and fatty foods but I always remind myself of how far I have come in losing all those unhealthy fats already so I cannot lose control. Plus all this work is all worth it. I am at my best health and I keep the body that I have always wanted

    That's some perseverance and dedication kathy! I have to say that it is a tough job you're doing. I make sure that I also avoid too much sweet, oily, and fatty foods but I have to admit that I cannot get through a week without indulging in delicious foods that are high in calories. I just make sure that I keep a balanced and healthy diet 4-5 days a week and exercise more to maintain my weight. So far everything is okay and I have not gained unhealthy weight/fats.

    I'm sure you'll be alright mikaela. Keeping a balanced meal 5 - 6 times a week and staying active is very much healthy. It's alright to indulge and lose control sometimes as long as you know how to get a grip and get back on track in your diet plan

    You're right kathy! I shouldn't feel guilty about enjoying sweets and fatty foods, or eating a lot more than the usual, as long as I know what to do about them and get them off my body. Thanks for the advice kathy!
