Why are so many of us overweight? I am sure there are many different opinions out there. I believe there is only one sure way to lose weight and keep it off. Some may say, "I just don't get enough exercise." or "I don't have enough time to eat at home, so I eat out too much to lose weight." My answer would be that we are all eating the wrong foods, the wrong calories and eating at the wrong times each day. What I don't believe is that by NOT exercising it makes us fat. I definitely do not mean we shouldn't exercise. I am simply stating that the wrong foods are helping us store fat not the lack of exercise.
In order to have weight-loss success we should eat the right foods at the right times every day. Don't you want to FEEL and LOOK better? Wouldn't be great to feel like you can do anything you want and reach all your goals? If you answered YES to either question then to lose the fat read more!

. They have to trick themselves and drink plenty of water to control their appetite when we eat out. Having water instead of other drinks really help a lot in cutting down on the calories that we eat. Soft drinks increases our appetite and makes us eat more, so I never drink carbonated drinks when I eat in a fast food restaurant. Water is more than enough for me
