I always wanted to know if other people experience the same struggles as me when I started my diet so I made this poll. After you have chosen your struggles, please tell us how you overcame them and share your own tips or tricks so others may learn from them as well.. Thanks for participating.

Making time for exercise is my problem. I'm way too busy at work and barely have time to go out with my friends.. I don't thjink it;s a solution but I try to move as frequently as I can.. Aside from walking to work and talking the stairs, I also make time for housework or try to lift slightly heavy objects like moving the furnitures and stuff. It might not sound much but I spend around 1-2 hours a day doing that.

I'd say I experienced all of them.. I sometimes give in to my cravings too.. and I feel hungry sometimes even after I ate.. How I got over all of them? I haven't I'm still struggling to fight them and I think I'm winning

Sacrifices must be made.. I finally have the weight that I aimed for so I can't give in to my cravings.. I guess that's the negative side of dietiing.. You can't eat the foods you want and you constantly think about how many calories you eat and how it will affect your weight. But in the end, it's all worth it.

If someone would say they didn't experience any hardship while losing weight, I don't know how I would react.. Anyway, we all go through the same thing.. It's also tempting if your family orders pizza or buy cakes, ice creams and other desserts at home.. I always give my share to someone else.. But I feel proud because my family said "You are so disciplined. I wish I can be like that"..
