    Being gaining unhealthy weight may come with some health conditions so it is not advisable to gain more weight than normal. You may also gain weight because of an already present condition that causes your body to bloat. Whatever it is, it's best to contact your doctor to make sure that everything is okay.

    Great tips! It is amazing what we can find when we read labels. I think people do not realize what is lurking in their refrigerators. Sugar is definitely the killer when it comes to eating healthy. Just one can of coke had about 41 grams of sugar. That is over 2x the daily amount that we need. Imagine the people who regularly drink 3-5 a day!! If that is you, start by cutting out one a day - switch it with a glass of water or maybe a cup of green tea. And keep on going until you have eliminated colas from your diet. The benefits are worth it!
    At the Jacqueline Nauvall Institute of Health, we try to educate people on reading labels. We know how harmful the hidden sugars can be. Go to your refrigerator and start reading, throw out anything that says fructose. You can just look for anything ending in -ose because sucrose is also harmful to your weight loss plans. Any syrups are loaded with sugar, include things like sorbitol in your list to throw away. These hidden sugars can really increase your calories and you won't even be aware of it.
    When you wipe out the sugars, you are well on your way to getting thin fast!

    Great tips Jacqueline! I like how you made it very simple for everyone of us to understand that sugar is not our friend and we should avoid it. I don't know if I can completely avoid it but make sure to keep it in moderation or up to the daily limit. Taking out sugar in our diet will surely help us lose weight faster but we should also understand that we still need to exercise for a healthy weight loss.

    this is fantastic i was also starting my healthy diet nowadays and i want to loss my fats. I am practicing a good juicer it is a part of my diet and it is really.but i also want to ask what else could be the best ways to lose more weights.Breville BJE510XL

    Hi kathy,
    Effective tips on losing weight safely.
    Besides focusing on diet plan one should start some exercise or any physical activity to lose weight more quickly.
    Some cardio exercises like walking, running, jogging, swimming or cycling will be helpful in losing weight.
