    Thumbs up New and Improved diet?

    alright, heres what I can do:
    Meal 1: 3 EGG ham and cheese omelet, whey shake, bagel
    Meal 2 (Pre WO): Jack3d, 1/2 cup of brown rice? Thats all i can eat when plain
    Meal 3 (Post WO): Whey shake, have no money for dextrose
    Meal 4 (45 mins): 1cup brown rice, chicken breast
    Meal 5: ?
    Meal 6: ?
    Meal 7: Steak or Pork, broccoli, angel hair pasta or some carbs,

    Throughout the day I am also eating fruits...I dont know what to do about those two meals suggestions?

    More vegetables maybe? Your diet seems to be a good one and well thought of. I can only think about more fruits and vegetables

    A healthy snack will be good for meal 4 and 5. Maybe a salad or some coleslaw would be nice

    HiI here strongly recommended that for the improvement of the diet carrot juice is better for each person because this is considered to be as very energetic diet respectively.
