alright, heres what I can do:
Meal 1: 3 EGG ham and cheese omelet, whey shake, bagel
Meal 2 (Pre WO): Jack3d, 1/2 cup of brown rice? Thats all i can eat when plain
Meal 3 (Post WO): Whey shake, have no money for dextrose
Meal 4 (45 mins): 1cup brown rice, chicken breast
Meal 5: ?
Meal 6: ?
Meal 7: Steak or Pork, broccoli, angel hair pasta or some carbs,
Throughout the day I am also eating fruits...I dont know what to do about those two meals suggestions?
