    That's a good way to lose your appetite and reduce your food intake . You have a great suggestion there sasa! I'd love to try that tomorrow and see if it does help add a good flavor to my water and encourage me to drink more

    I have tried Sasa's suggestion and it was indeed a sweet and satisfying way to enjoy my water. I do drink more water than the usual now and it's all thanks to sasa. I owe you one . I'm pretty sure you'll love the watermelon water or apple in it kathy
