I'm against meds that help you to lose weight. Maybe they can help you, but you should take them in order to maintain and I think they have also side effects.

I agree with Steve because I used to try taking Xenical to help me lose weight but I didn't lose any at all. I kept using it for 2 weeks but no effects. I didn't even have that uncomfortable oil like discharge people are reporting while you take the pill. This is the only pill I have tried and it didn't work so I didn't take any after that and I reverted to exercising and eating well which helped me lose weight and have more energy

I am not in favor of losing weight through medication as they have side and after effects.
I will recommend natural ways to lose weight which are exercise regularly and proper healthy diet plan.
