    Cool dieting tips, choosing the right dieting program.

    It seems that everyone is determined to stay in their best shape these days. You can’t even drive down the street without seeing someone running or power walking. This need to stay in shape goes beyond exercise though; it also has most people watching what they eat. And this, of course, leads to going Diets are extremely popular these days and there seems to be some new fad diet that comes out every other month or so. But as of late, many doctors have spoken out against fad diets—particularly ones that promise to have you dropping large amounts of weight in very little time. These sorts of diets are proof that not ALL diets are healthy. In fact, if you aren’t in great health from the start, some diets can actually be very bad for you Then of course, there are diets that are centered around calories, others on carbs and other still that are more concerned with heart healthy foods.
    So choose yourprogram carefully.

    I totally agree with you Peter. Consult your doctor before you start a weight loss program. I did and he approved it with his full stamp of approval. He has been bugging me for years to lose weight so I found a way to do it. Now he can not get over the change in me..not just weight but energy, no high blood pressure, sleeping better. I guess it all comes with better health i suppose.
    I am not counting calories, weighing food, or watching carbs. That is too hard in my line of work and travelling. I wanted something easy, something that worked, I wanted to see people who have kept the weight off for over 3 years. So I am happy and hope to keep you updated on my weight loss journey

    Yes it is very important and necessary step before having any diet pills. We must know what is the side effects of that particular diet pill. And if need then also consult with a doctor or if this one is non prescription diet pill than we take without consult with a doctor.

    Reduce severely the amount of cream, butter, cream cheese and ice- cream that you consume. Choose semi-skimmed milk or pour off the cream before having it.

    The diet should be lower in calories (energy) only, not in essential vitamins or minerals. In general, a diet containing 1,000 to 1,200 calories a day should be selected for most women; a diet between 1,200 calories per day and 1,600 calories per day should be chosen for men, however, speak with your doctor first.

    The program should be directed toward slow, steady weight loss unless your doctor feels your health condition would benefit from more rapid weight loss.

    I don't really find losing weight difficult. I'm just oftentimes lazy to watch what I eat and be consistent with my exercise LOL. I think that's what's common with dieters. I only get motivation from thinking that if I don't eat right and exercise regularly, my health will suffer which I may feel sorry about later on.
