Default How do you deal with Emotional Eating

    Signs of emotional eating:

    1. A sudden urge to eat something (usually your favorite comfort food) when you're lonely, angry, bored or stressed.
    2. You continue to eat even after already full
    3. Feelings of guilt after eating

Are you an emotional eater? If so, how do you deal with your uncontrollable cravings?

I admit, I can be an emotional eater but not very often. How i dealt with it? I don't store snacks of any kind in my pantry or fridge. I only cook when it's time for me to eat and I usually have no leftovers (I cook in small portions). So, I just sleep it off instead or watch TV.

You only cook the right amount so you don't have any leftovers? Great idea viktoria. That's a good diet tip! It's a bit time consuming though but that can be considered as exercise.

yes earlier I am also emotional eater. Many time I ate large amount of food and then feel guilty from myself. But now I don't eat so much. I was getting very fatty. But now some days earlier I consult with doctor. and he suggest me to have some diet pill. After taking that I feel very good and now also I reduce my weight about 4 kg.
