it's like this every year.
people overeat during the holidays and then feel guilty about it so the diet commercials take advantage of their low self esteem.
join the club, i feel sorry for the suckers that fall for diet pill commercials and go and spend 100's of dollers. do you have any idea how many big macs you can get with that? lol jk
but yea the only answer to losing weight is EXERCISE! yes exercise. the only way to lose weight without any side effects.
