I have just bought herbalife formula1 plan, and I wonder has anyone tryed that, and what were results. I am not so much in losseing weight but more in better overall health. I think the fibers are quite good, but not shure about shake is it wort of that money. I know you can get a lot of other carbonhydrate shakes for much lower price.
