I'm about to start the High Soup program from the Buck Naked Diet book. I have lost 20lbs so far using the diet cycle technique and I'm working on my last 10lbs. I'll be doing 2weeks of the following:
Breakfast Max of 200 calories from - fruit
Snack Max of 100 calories from - fruit
Lunch Max of 300 calories from - soup, toast
Snack Max of 100 calories from - vegetables, nuts or fruit
Dinner Max of 500 calories from - soup, toast
