I've been looking for a family-friendly diet, eg one my husband and children will eat along with me. A friend of mine, recently returned from a trip to New Zealand, recommended the Kiwi Kiss Diet. While their she met several people that were using this diet successfully.
It has nothing to do with eating kiwi fruit, I guess it was invented by a New Zealander, hence the name.
It appears to be based on sensible eating rather than cutting out certain foods or just eating certain types of foods.
I found the website at kiwikiss.co.nz which has some recipes and several books written by the woman that invented it, but can't find anyone locally that has tried it. They also offer some sort of online diet at weighinonline.com where you can talk directly to the creator of the diet and she will monitor your progress and give you advice.
