    Default A new diet?

    I starterd a new diet today i eat a fruit in the morning with some juice and for lunch and dinner i eat plain tuna and some fresh veggies does anyone know if this is really going to work and what can i put in the tuna to give a little more taste but no extra fats or calories or anything

    You can add some relish and/or lemon juice to the tuna. Mix some chopped celery into the tuna or some celery seed.

    You may want to give yourself some variety instead of tuna all the time. Try salmon, or canned chicken as alternatives.

    A teaspoon of mayonaisse adds only 45 calories which is minimal.

    Your diet is totally lacking in whole grains. They are packed with nutients. You really need to consider adding this food group.
