I have not tried any diet plan or program ever since. I only make sure that I eat right, drink plenty of water, and exercise. I eat 5 small meals a day as this keeps me from craving too much or overeat.
I haven't either. I just make my own diet plan and that is to limit my calorie intake to 1000-1200. It's difficult but I have managed to keep my ideal weight for 5 years. You just need to dedicate more and commit to consuming less calories.
