Yeah I definitely agee with you both. That is why there is such a thing as diet plan because we have to plan it and make sure that the diet is balanced to ensure that the body gets all the nutrients that it needs for optimum performance

Cutting on carbo fast is not a good idea. I did lose the weight that I lost when I did that too. I was such in a hurry to see the results so I cut back on carbo and skipped meals. I lost weight but I lost control and gained them all back. If you really are decided to shed off pounds for personal and health reasons, you have to strictly follow the plan to achieve your desired results

I haven't tried any diet program but I think that lighter life works fine. Just like what mikaela and kathy said that all normal food are prohibited and you will only eat meal replacements shakes, soups, and mousses. It's going to be hard but if you trust the plan and follow it strictly, you will surely lose weight

I have not heard of that yet. The only one I know that has received good reviews is Jetzzz. They also provide online support and their diet program is easy to follow as they have a variety of menu to choose from while on the program so it makes you different kinds of food.

I agree with mikaela. You should give that a try and share us your experience. One of the important things that one should consider when enrolling following a diet program is comfort. If you are comfortable with the program and you believe in them a lot, that will help you more in following the guidelines in losing weight. Good luck Anna James

Hi I'm on day three of the key2weight programme, doing really well - the meal replacements taste really good , haven't been weighed yet though!
