I totally agree that as long as we eat right and healthy foods, exercise, and drink plenty of water we will be fit and not afraid of gaining more weight. Eating is fun and it does indeed give us comfort so it's not right to deprive ourselves of food. We just need to learn to avoid the junk.

Right! My mom always told me not to fancy junk foods so much because it's not healthy and will only make me gain weight. I also avoid sweets and sodas, but I continue to eat dark chocolates because I know that it's rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals. I also avoid icecream and replace it with yogurt instead. So dieting isn't that bad at all as long as we choose the right foods

I am so happy to hear that! I can totally say that keeping a healthy and fit body is fun if you only know how to keep your diet balanced. I'm also glad to hear that I am not doing a bad thing by eating dark chocolates very often. Thanks a lot Amapola

I really agree with you on that Amapola! As long as we keep a balanced diet and keep everything in moderation, we do not need to fear eating at all. Pizza, chocolates, and ice cream are on of my favorite foods and I still eat them because they have health benefits too. I just remind myself not to overeat

This time I should really enjoy eating more food and not to be afraid of gaining a little weight. My sister is always saying that I am already too skinny and that I am pushing myself too much. I think she's right because it's not healthy to eat lesser than what my body needs. I eat less because I have very little activity and I'm afraid that I will not be able to burn all them.

Well kathy, just like what amapola said, you shouldn't avoid any food as long as you keep a healthy and balanced diet. I think you are too afraid of gaining weight again that's why you deprive yourself of food. Do not overdo it and punish yourself. You can exercise anywhere. You can walk around when you are at home and you can use the stairs when you're at work. Just keep yourself active and you'll be alright.

Victoria is right, your body needs all the nutrients to perform well so you should not cut down on your food intake so much. Balancing your diet is very important to keep a healthy living. Do not compromise your health just because you're afraid of gaining weight. You're good at taking control, all you need to do is to keep your diet balanced and you'll be alright

They are right kathy, just add some of the food group that you're missing in your diet and you won't go wrong. You can lift some weights when you are at work and that will help a lot. Remember it doesn't need to be heavy so you can do it anytime, anywhere
