This is a very helpful post. I totally agree that not everyday we get our body the proper amount of vegetables we need. I eat too much fruit but that much not vegetables. Juicing I think is one great way of getting it compared to taking supplements which could sometimes have some side effects.

When I was little I never liked eating vegetables and I agree that most kids don't really like them that much. But I loved eggplant and broccoli a lot. So what my mom did was she adds enough garlic salt on my veggies because I am such a fan of garlic. Since then I liked eating vegetables. I do make sure that I have enough vegetables available for me for the week. Although I also think that juicing is another great way to give your body the needed nutrients if you're too busy and don't have time to cook

My mom is a very big fan of vegetables and she prefers it more that meat products. So I grew up loving vegetables too. I have to say that it has helped me to stay fit and very much healthy. Juicing is also okay but I prefer them cooked or served with dressings. My mom makes vegetables juices too but we have only tried carrots and tomatos which are incredibly healthy and delicious too that also helps me keep my skin clear. I love eating healthy and I am glad that I almost never crave for junk foods at all

It's alright mikaela. Most people do feel that. You don't have to be hard on yourself. I'm sure you don't eat that much junk foods too. As long as you keep it in moderation, eat healthy foods most of the time, drink water, and exercise so will be alright

Viktoria is right Mikaela. Just take it easy and cut down on your other food consumption if you eat junk foods. And as long as you exercise you will still get rid of them . It's totally okay to give into our cravings sometimes as long as you eat healthy foods most of the time

Thanks for the kind words and for the encouragement. Yeah I don't eat that much junk foods. Most of the time it's chocolates and chips. But I do love to eat healthy most of the time. And I also take time to exercise everyday and most importantly I drink plenty of water all the time
