    It is definitely worth it because the body is not only fit but it's also healthy that helps avoid sickness. I actually eat more than you guys do because I am very active and play a lot of sports so I cannot play well if I don't have energy in my body. I'm not worried tough because I get more exercise than I need to keep me fit and healthy

    viktoria , you are active and play a lot so for sure you need energy and that is also a great way of keeping fit.. i do excercise but not that much so for me diet works better .and plus I have health issues for what i am not supposed to eat more salt and fats ..
