The secret is calcium. According to the recent study, participants who took calcium supplements lost more weight than participants on the same diet without the supplement. It was said that calcium helps people lose weight. If thee body doesn't get enough calcium, it triggers cells to store fat.
The Ice Cream Diet book provides a complete plan and the calorie intake is 1,500 calories for women and 2,000 for men.The daily menus include 1 cup of ice cream for women and 1 1/2 cups of ice cream for men.
