It focuses on mixing types of foods that create a metabolic reaction that helps boost metabolism and help burn fat. It's also said to help cleanse the body and lower cholesterol level. This diet last for 3 days and can be repeated after 4-5 days off. The plan doesn't mention any form of exercise.
The 3 Day Diet is considered a fad diet and although users could lose weight, it will most likely be fluid loss instead of fat loss. Once users go back to their normal diet, they are likely to gain back the water weight they've lost.
