I agree and they added some preservatives too so perhaps that altered the taste a bit. Poor customer service? Like how? Do they hung up on you or were they rude?

What I have read is mostly about delayed response to their inquiries or delayed resolution for their complaints.

I guess it's understandable. They probably have millions of members to take care of so they can't give a feedback right away.
