    Wow! It lacks evidence and it's "possibly unsafe".. It's best to just avoid it then especially Mucana Pruriens. It may cause hallucinations and paranoid delusions? That's really serious.

    Personally, I find the cheating days as a good idea as long as they still eat in moderation. This diet seem to highlight the fact that dieters can overeat on the weekends. You don't have to eat all the food you crave for. If you crave for pizza, just eatone slice or if you want ice cream, 1 cup will do.

    I allow myself to have a cheat day too but I don't really cheat all day. I just eat my favorite dessert after meal or eat fast food meals for my lunch. I only do it occassionally though.

    I agree with you sasa. Cheating occasionally is fine but I don't really want to do it every weekend as recommended by this diet. I don't want to get used to it. I have finally learned to control my cravings for the foods I consider "forbidden" and I don't want to get addicted to them again.
