    Default Medifast

Here's a small info about this diet.

In the Medifast program, there is no need to count calories, carb or fat grams, all you need is eat their meal replacement products 5x a day plus one lean and green meal (consist of lean meat or fish and green vegetables). The program limit dieters to 800-1000 calories a day and claimed that dieters could lose up to 5 lbs in a week.

They also have a special programs for teens, seniors, vegetarians, new moms, and people who had weight loss surgery. The program costs $80 per week or around $300 a month. Exercise is also recommended but on their first week, dieters are warned not to exercise beyond normal levels.

Oh, I heard about this before. This one is one of the popular diets. Can you give a sample of the meal replacement diet?

I see.. So this is another very low calorie diet. It's expensive too. I would also like to know more info on their meal replacement products.

So they heaviest meal is at dinner? That's weird, shouldn't it be breakfast? Oh well, the sample menu looks okay to me.

Chili? it's a Mexican-style dish. It's made of chilies ground beef, tomatoes, kidney beans, chopped onion and pepper. It's one of their formulated meal replacements. One box has about 7 servings and 110 calories per serving.

I'm not really a fan of chili but I don't hate it either. One thing I like about this diet, it has special programs, example for vegetarians.. other diets don't have that.

That's true and also unlike other very low calorie diets, this actually recommends exercise.
