    Default Weight Watchers Diet

Weight Watchers Diet has 4 basic principles: eating smarter, moving more, getting support, and developing better habits. This plan has forbidden foods. They assigned "points" to each food based on its fiber, calorie and fat content. Dieters can also find useful diet features and tools on the recipes on the Weight Watchers website to guide them to their goals. (restaurant guides, calorie calculators, meal trackers, etc.)

Weekly meetings cost about $13-$15 and the monthly meetings cost $39.95. Online fees are $5 a week. The plan encourages dieters to stay active. All activities has assigned points as well. Dieters are encouraged to earn a at least 2 daily activity points and work their way toward 4 points (about 90 minutes of exercise a day).

This diet I heard so much of. Sounds good enough since they focus on changing the lifestyle to lose weight..

There are more good reviews than bad ones. One negative comment is about their food point system but other than that, consumers seemed to be very satisfied with it.

It's very similar to counting calories then? Although their plan is better since they also assign points to activities. I like that idea.

me too.. the point system was an excellent idea. Although for first time users, they may experience difficulty with it.

This is actually one of the diets I would recommend. By the way, how much weight can dieters lose in this diet?

Weight watchers focuses on long term weight management so dieters can't expect to lose much weight on the first couple of months. They will see the results in time. The idea is to have a healthy lifestyle and weight loss will gradually follow.

I would prefer long term weight loss. Slowly but surely.

This is a good diet but counting points is exhausting.. Same with counting calories. I can never get used to it.
