    Default The Curves Diet Plan

    The Curves Diet Plan is designed exclusively for women. It promises permanent results without dieting. The idea is to reprogram the body's metabolism so that it will work more efficiently. If that doesn't work, they have two eating plans to choose from: Carbohydrate-Sensitive or the Calorie-Sensitive plan. The Carbohydrate-Sensitive plan is high in protein and has limited carbohydrates while the Calorie-Sensitive is a typical calorie counting plan. Both plan has three phases and consists of six small meals a day.

    The Curves Diet Plan claims that users would experience rapid weight loss in phase one (up to 10 pounds in 2 weeks). In phase two, they could lose up to 1-2 pounds a week and it end once you reached your desired weight.

    As for exercise, the workout combines strength and cardio training for 30 minutes, three days a week.

    Oh, nice! Exclusive for women huh? How does it work though? The eating plan.. will you buy the food from them or do they give you recipes or what?

    They provide a sample meal plan and recipes. They also provide recipes, shopping lists, and charts for you to track your progress.

    The book costs $13.95 but it is given fro free if you sign up for a membership at any Curves centers.

    Is this the same as the curve 30 day workout program or curve gym? Or is this a different program?
