    Default Sensa Weight Loss System

Sensa Weight Loss System is not a diet. You can lose weight diet or exercise. Sensa is taste-free, odor-free crystals that you sprinkle on food and will help your control appetite. It works with your sense of smell to stimulate your brain and tells you to stop eating, which could lead to weight loss overtime. Sensa does not contain any stimulates and has no side effects and no health risk.

Sensa claims to be proven effective and promise weight loss average of 30.5 pounds. No exercise is mentioned or recommended in this program.

What do you think? Basically, it's like adding salt to food, only Sensa doesn't affect the taste. Would you try this?

This is so much better than taking pills. Perhaps the drawback is, the program does not promote exercise. Of course, dieters have the option to add exercise or not but it would have been better if they at least recommend them.

They offer free trial now.. 30 days I think.. The program doesn't have a timeline but if you want to see better results, you can continue it for 6 months. The study lasted for 6 months and the particpants lost an average of 30 pounds.

The product is only tested in adults so it's not recommended to be used by children. Sensa says the products is safe but they recommend you consult your physician before use.

To answer the question on how much it cost, I think it's around $55 per month. For 6 months, it should be around $235.00.
