You are absolutely right. Dieting alone isn't enough to lose weight successfully if you still consume fatty, processed, sodium, sugar, and preservative rich foods. I have to avoid all of these to help me lose 35lbs and be happy with it. Everything has to be taken in moderation for the diet to be successful. I wasn't quite happy of my body until I started exercising. Spending money on fad diets and pills are a waste of you don't control the food you eat.
