    Hourglass Weight Loss and Fitness is designed and owned by physician and is located in Savannah, Georgia. The program focuses on teaches clients about healthy living, helps them on their weight loss journey, offers 30-minute workouts (three times a week), and packaged fresh, preservative-free meals for less that $7 each.

    The meal plan ranges from 1200 to 2100 calories depending on your daily needs. When it comes to ordering, you have the following options:

    7 day plan (equal to 21 meals per week)
    5 day plan (equal to 15 meals)
    Individual meals
    5 or 7 day dinner plan

    This program also offers online tools where members can access additional health and nutritional information and educational topics such as meal plans, exercise, progress reports and more.

    300 pounds? Amazing! But just out of curiousity, Why is it called hourglass weight loss?

    In my opinion, I guess because hourglass looks like a perfect body figure.. especially around the mid section.

    I guess that makes sense. Good thinking This one is a little similar to weight watchers, nutrisystem and jenny craig right? But I think Nutrisystem is best.

    I agree.. Just 3 months? It's hard to switch diets once you're used to the other one.. I think another disadvantage is, it's located in one area so people from other places can't join in.
