    Default Dr. Oz's B.E.A.C.H. Diet

I read this great article from That's fit and I wanted to share them here. These are great weight loss tips to help us lose weight and keep it off.

B stands for breakfast. Studies should that people who eat healthy breakfast lose more weight than those who don't.

E stands for eliminate simple carbs like white potatoes, white rice and all pastas, breads, cereals, crackers, cookies, cakes, etc. that are made with sugar and refined white flour.

"E" also stands for exercise: cardio which helps burn calories, strength training, which helps build and tone muscles and burn more calories overall.

A means antioxidants which help reduce inflammation in the body, which indirectly helps with weight loss.

C means chocolates---dark chocolates to be exact. It's high in antioxidants and will help satisfy your cravings for sweets.

H stands for hydration. Staying hydrated will help you shed pounds. Skip the sugary drinks. Instead you can drink no-calorie flavored water or mix seltzer with a splash of fruit juice.

These are normally the kind of tips you get from other diet plans or from experts. I guess Dr. OZ just made a diet based on them.

That's true. There are similiarities to other diets and he combined them into one. There aren't much detail on this though. I don't know if he provides meal plans, recipes, etc.

These are really good tips though right? And Dr. Oz added dark chocolates ..
