    Default Popcorn Diet

In this diet, you will replace one meal with popcorn with its special seasoning that claims to contains appetite suppressant and is said to help you lose weight in 30 days. For other meals, dieters are advised to have a balanced diet, including 6-8 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday.

    Pros

Special seasoning comes in 3 different flavors (original, lemon or spicy)
Popcorn is rich in fiber which is good digestion and may even help control hunger
Oil-free or unbuttered popcorn only contains 23 calories per cup

    Cons

    No exercise recommendations
No evidence that the special seasoning is effective for weight loss
The website encourages dieters to eat as much as they want

Wow! Popcorn!!! It's great for snacks but I wouldn't try it to lose weight.. Replace one meal with popcorn and eat as much as you want after? No way!! This won't work..

Meal replacements are good but it's not the best way to lose weight especially if taken long term.. In this case, popcorn is not even considered as a meal replacement.. I don't think you'll feel satieted if you only ate popcorn for breakfast..

Popcorn becomes one of the highest fat-content foods known to the human race. That's because the popped corn has such a beautiful snacks, which loves to absorb anything.
