    I read this from Diets In Review and I'd like to post it here:

    After Tyra Banks left modelling, she gained 30 pounds. When she decided to go on a diet, she aimed for having a healthy weight instead of the skinny supermodel figure. With the help of Heather Bauer, they created a new diet called Tyra Banks Diet. This diet is comprised of lean proteins, fresh fruits & vegetables, and low-calorie soups. It also includes daily one hour of cardio exercise either from walking and running.

    Pros

    Since Tyra is using this diet, she is creating a good example to teenagers who are also struggling with their weight

    The diet is focuses on eating nutritious foods to help you lose weight and improve your health

    Recommends daily cardio exercise

    Cons

    This diet is only for women

    Only for individuals with personal dietitians or chef

    That's good.. We all know that when we think about how models lose weight, it's not always the healthy way.. It's good that she's trying to influence teenagers to eat healthy.

    The only drawback is, you need a personal dietitians or chef. Not everybody can afford to have that.
