It was said that once the body is free of toxins, metabolism will work better, thus help you shed pounds. In this diet, it claims to help dieters safely lose 21 pounds in 21 days. There are 3 plans in this diet: The 2-day weekend plan, 7-day plan or a 21-day plan.
The plan provides 1000 calories and it includes exercises such as walking, yoga, a chi machine or jumping on a trampoline. According to the author, Roni DeLuz, these activities are said encouraged for lymphatic draining to help the body "oxygenate". The plan also includes herb cleansing supplements and services like body wraps, liver flushes, cellulite treatment, kidney cleanses, detoxifying baths, etc.
After 21 days, dieters are advised to avoid processed and junk foods since it will cause weight gain. Instead, the author recommend they take protein powder supplement, soy milk and eat vegetables, salmon, and nonfat yogurt to slowly awaken the digestive system.
