    Default Sugar Busters Diet

This diet focuses on avoiding foods that affect blood sugar and cause hunger and cravings. It emphasizes on eating complex carbs, low fat, lean protein meals and teaches you ho to avoid hidden sugars and how to find replacements for them.

Banned foods for this diet include:

    White rice
    Potatoes
    Bread (made of refined flour)
    Corn
    Carrots
    Beets
    Refined sugar
    Honey
    Molasses
    Corn syrup
    Sugared colas
    Beer

This diet did not promise how much weight you can lose in 14 days but the daily limit is 1,200 calories. If you combined it with exercise, you may be able to lose 1-2 pounds a week.

Carrots? Why? I understand sugars and carbs but carrots? Do carrots contain that much carbs or sugar?

I thought honey is okay. I mean compared to sugar, it's so much better. This might be good for people with diabetes

If you don't have a blood condition and you know how to balance your diet, there is nothing to worry about. These foods are healthy foods too so you shouldn't really be avoiding it at all

    Hi..!!
This is a very simple and straightforward diet. We must learn what foods are off-limits, and then learn how to eat within what is left. There is no measuring, weighing, counting, or calculating whatsoever.

You're right Robert. The counting and weighing just makes dieting so difficult and stressful to the dieters. If you just avoid or cut down on the unhealthy and junk, and follow it with regular exercise, you will surely lose weight.
