Default What types of meat can you get when your on a diet?

I'm not sure if I can eat chicken or lamb or anything like that when I'm on a diet. Can someone tell me what types of meat I can eat and cannot eat?

You can eat very lean beef(steak, roast beef). Also since skinless chicken has few calories you can eat that too. You can even eat turkey(skinless). Also any fish is good too. You should eat top quality meats. If you eat fast food their meat is a grade D. Which means it comes from junk animals. Try not to eat any meat that is fried, breaded, or has skin. Also try not eating any meat with fat on it. Also if you cook any of you meat in oil use extra virgin Olive oil. It is the healthiest choice of oil. Hope I Helped. See Ya!!!

You can eat any type of meat, but you need to make sure that you only have ONE serving. Most people have to weigh and/or measure because oftentimes, the problem is that they are having way more than one serving.

You can eat whatever you want, in moderation. Chicken and fish are good, as long as they aren't breaded and fried.

Fish is probably the best, but if you are not a seafood fan, chicken is great as well as turkey. Turkey is naturally really low in fat, and you can buy it ground so you can make things like turkey burgers, or sub it into your favorite dishes like hamburger helper, or spaghetti sauce or tacos. I would not suggest eating fatty red meats, no bacon, sausage, and if you have to get hamburger, get extra lean like 97%fat free.
