Herbal Magic Diet Plan
Hi there,
I didn't see any threads on Herbal Magic (In fact, I am not particularly sure if it is something that isn't just in Canada) but I wanted to ask if anybody on these forums has attempted it at all.
I've been on it for almost 6 weeks, and I've lost 11 1/2 pounds, but my ultimate goal is quite a bit more. I find I gain and hold regularly, going up as many as four pounds in a week and holding, no matter what I try to do to get it off. Then it will drop a little more, and go back up - I must stress that I have not cheated, and I follow the instructions to the max. I find it incredibly slow going, and changing my eating habits was indeed in order, which I realize, but I don't find it to be working as well as it could be. I switched to bar and shake, but I still look the same, and am starting to slip back in to feeling tired all the time, as opposed to earlier in the program when I felt more energetic and alert.
Does anybody else have an experience with this particular form of dieting?
