    Default new diet plan! will this help me loose??

    ok so eat no more then 1000 calories a day
    eat them seperately throughout the day and make sure you eat breakfast
    dont binge and if you feel you overeat then purge but try not to binge
    run or do some cardio everyday and do some weights the other days
    drink alot of water
    eat lots of veggies and have no carbs


    ....will i looose weight and how long do you think until i see results??

    This is the diet plan of a crazy person destined to gain it all back as soon as they stop the plan.
    how about eating from teh food pyramid at mypyramid.gov, where you can enter in your age/sex/weight/etc and get your own personalized & healthy food guise.
    If you do not eat the things listed as "eat sparingly", you will lose weight without counting calories.
