ok so eat no more then 1000 calories a day
eat them seperately throughout the day and make sure you eat breakfast
dont binge and if you feel you overeat then purge but try not to binge
run or do some cardio everyday and do some weights the other days
drink alot of water
eat lots of veggies and have no carbs
....will i looose weight and how long do you think until i see results??
