im 14 year old asian girl and im about 120lbs about 5'3 and i really wanna loose some wieght. Im atheltic so i think most of my weight is muscle(hopefully?) but im just not happy with my weight and i want my over all frame to get smaller, i know its stupid but help me please! i exercise everyday and i am deffinately not into diet pills...i dont like to eat cafeteria food causei know its bad and i never drink sodas.
what is a full meal plan that will help!?? from breakfast to lunch to dinner to snacks
