Ok....so I'm trying this new diet, and I want to hear if anyone thinks it would work, or if I should try something new.

first off
* no pop
* no fries (once per month, I'm sorry....)
* no candy


Ok, and then I just want to eat healthier, so today i had

Breakfast - Cherry Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt w/ Skim Milk

Midmorning - 2 thermos of water.

Lunch - Lean Cuisine Cheese Ravioli

Midafternoon - Box of Raisins.

Dinner - Tomato Wrap with Ham, Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Cheese.


Tomorrow I'm planning ...

Morning - "Healthy" Cereal w/ 2 % milk

Midmorning - Apple

Lunch - Chicken Noodle Soup

Midafternoon - 2 thermos water

Dinner - Salad w/ Chicken

Thoughts??? Need to change??? Opinion????

I'm 6'1 (230 lbs) hoping to reach 200!!!! In three months.....hopefully, if thats crazy, tell me....

I plan to do 30 minutes treadmilling/hiking three times a week.
