I know it may be ridiculous but what do u think if it will help me with cravings of chocolate and keep me losing weight.
breakfast - fruit or grain low calories or veggie with dark chocolate, tea or lemon water
lunch - same ( example: sugar free chocolate syrup on an apple) tea or lemon water
dinner - a full meal of brown rice, veggies, beans or any protien,
dessert a piece of fruit or popcorn or soy milk with fruits
( plus its all the dark bright color fruits or veggies) for nice skin and hair and also loaded with vitamins making it up to 1200-1400 calories a day.
good or bad?
