Default Diet during the new year, please help, I need to get ready for highschool.?

Hi. I'm thirteen. I've lost some weight, but gained it back. I'm not anorexic, I want to be healthy.
I want a tight stomach with abs, toned legs and arms, and i want to look good!
How many calories should I eat?
How long do I need to run on the treadmill?
How do you do the right situp? I cross my arms over my chest, and go up off the ground only about 5 cm, is that about right?

you could eat like 1500 and have a balanced diet. Do not eat junk food. <3
Cardio is very important! so running/jogging is a must. Oh and do crunches. Squats are good too. Lift weights, and check out some work out videos they really are a life saver, and they'll teach you some good routines.

Overall i think you should get in like 13 minutes of running/jogging a day.

your too young to worry about diets. exercise is fine, your calorie intake shouldnt exceed 1200.
stay away from saturated fats.
no no no no MCDONALDS!
