I wouldn't advise this diet. You can lose weight, that's true but just like you said, it's unhealthy. It's not good for your body and this diet might lead to health problems.

i know this was posted a long time ago. But i stumbled across it, and would just like to say that my mom did this diet, for a month.
she ate celery, coffee, and water. she had a few regular meals here and there, because we made her. lol.
although she put peanut butter and raisins on her celery for tht needed fat and fruit/day. she worked out twice a day for a month, and she lost 45lbs!!!
