more less you eat
the more weight you will eventually put on trust me i no.

after a while you will start to crave food as your body needs more nutrients inside you. depends how long you are willingly going to do this; week, a month, year or even more.
there is two ways

1. you finally loose weight. and you body will turn into starvation mode and start storing fat because it thinks that there is no fat on it. therefore you eventually put the weight back on.

2. or you can become anorexic and die of no food.

its your choice, you should include how long your keeping this up for week you probably loose more than the beginning and towards the end it will get harder.

for a week probably 2 pounds
so do the math
=[ i think you shouldn't do it.

My cousin used to work for some government dept and in his studies he was saying that you actually use more energy when you eat celery than what you get out of it, so in actual fact(if he is correct) you would be better off not touching the stuff and just drink water and eat "PROPER" food. My sister had a go at all the "fad" diets in the late 70's such as eating lettuce for a week, cheese for a week, celery for a week etc etc and stayed as big as a house until about two years ago when she actually gave a doctor a hand full of money went on a regimented diet which didn't include exercise and lost around 60kg!! She has stopped doing it now, has put a bit of weight back on(she was too skinny) and is a lot better off. Good luck with whatever you decide. Andrew

Smile eating celery

Hey. I fell upon your post and I completely understand how frustrated you get when everyone tells you "it's bad, it's dangerous, you'll die, and you wnt lose any weight."

Well, i'm not that person. I am 5'6" and I weight 105lb. I am very skinny and underweight but I feel very healthy and i'm always full of energy. I avoid eating any dairy products or any starch (breads and legumes). Throughout the day all I eat are vegetables- mainly celery, carrots, tomatoes, and peppers. Every now and then i'll cheat with a little bit of chocolate but i eat it without the feeling of guilt and its great! I've been on this diet for quite a while now so it's really hard for me to put back the weight i once was even when i have those days when i feel like eating anything I want. So try the diet...it'll fail many times at first but keep at it until you feel that your not always too hungry. Drink a lot of tea with sweet'nlow. It will often satisfy your sugar cravings. Avoid all nuts as well! Do'nt eat too much corn, beans, chickpeas, or any starchy foods. Oh and most importantly avoid eating too many fruits! No bananas. Maybe a pear and small apple a day is ok. Once you really get the hang of this type of diet, it'll get easier and easier.
Good luck! email me if you have anymore questions. I used to be 120 and my peak was in May (103).
