Default How Did I Do On My New Diet?

Im 5ft 5, Size Uk12 & Would Love to Lose 2 Stone To be A size Uk10 For My Birthday (April).
Breakfast-Hot water With Lemon & 1 Clemantine.
Dinner-Slim-a-Soup. (25kcals, 0.4g Fat.) 1 Apple.
Snack- 1 Raspberry Petit felous Yoghurt.
Tea- Salad No Dressing. 2 Walnuts.
Drank Lots Of Water. Only Managed To Do 50 Situps But My Exercise Dvd (ministry of sound pump it up) Arrives Tomorrow.

Is There Any Other Tips You Can Give Me To Improve My Diet And Speed Up My Weightloss?
