This is my new diet and i need to drink 1 day a month. Laxatives?
hello - i need to know if this is good weightloss plan. food - 2eggs for breakfast - 1 coffee. snack - tuna can + little chick. lunch - chicken and small salad - snack - 2 crackers and dinner - Slim fast shake. i am going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. does this sound good? Also i need to drink this friday - i only drink once a month - so you think i can drink about 5 to 6 shots of vodka with diet pepsi without killing my diet?? Also, i want to use laxatives - which one should i use which is healthy...i am open for as many suggestions as i can get. ( i wanna lose 20 to 25 pound in total)
