Default new diet plan?

so i started a diet plan today i went to the gym and worked out for 2 hours i wanna start going 3-5 times a week. i am really overweight i weigh 280 and am 5'8" i was just wondering if ne one could help me with how many calories i should eat a day and how many i should work on burning off. plus what do i wanna do to work on working out my lower back and my butt?
